Como podreis comprobar los platinos se iran separando, cuando llegueis al punto m\u00e1ximo de apertura este ser\u00e1 el momento de comprobar la separaci\u00f3n que hay entre los contactos.<\/p>\n<p>Si la medida est\u00e1 dentro de los par\u00e1metros antes mencionados, se deja tal cual, si no, hay que regularlos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17383\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido02\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido02.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido02.jpg 400w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido02-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Para ello hay dos tornillos, uno grande y otro m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o. Damos media vuelta al tornillo grande para aflojar los platinos y con el tornillo<br \/>\npeque\u00f1o se va girando hacia un lado u otro, seg\u00fan si necesitamos abrirlos o cerrarlos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido03.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17384\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido03\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido03.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido03.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido03-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ya tenemos la apertura correcta. Ahora vamos a comprobar el avance en el que salta la chispa. Para ello, colocamos el micrometro y giramos el volante despacio hasta llegar al punto muerto superior (PMS) y fijamos el micrometro en el PMS.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido04.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17385\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido04\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido04-401x600.jpg\" width=\"401\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido04-401x600.jpg 401w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido04-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido04.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 401px) 100vw, 401px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ahora es cuando ponemos el comprobador, un cable va conectado al cable negro (el que va a la bobina de alta) y el otro a masa (al mismo motor).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido05.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17386\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido05\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido05.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"253\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido05.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido05-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Como podeis observar, la bombilla est\u00e1 encendida, ahora vamos girando el volante hasta que la bombilla cambie de intensidad, aqu\u00ed es el momento de la apertura. Ahora pasamos a comprobar el avance con el micrometro y el resultado es que est\u00e1 a 3,6mm y seg\u00fan el manual debe estar entre 3 y 3,25.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_lXDV_I4kNw\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido09\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido09.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"371\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_lXDV_I4kNw\">Video del comprobador casero de encendido<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para regular el avance, vamos a desmontar el volante magn\u00e9tico, para ello necesitamos bloquearlo, yo utilizo una cuerda de algod\u00f3n que la introduzco por el agujero de la buj\u00eda hasta llenar la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n y as\u00ed el pist\u00f3n queda fijo y no deja girar el volante.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido06.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17387\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido06\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido06.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido06.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido06-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seguidamente, pasamos a desmontar el volante, para hacerlo hay que quitar la tuerca central, al tenerla quitada vemos que el volante no sale y aqu\u00ed es donde entra el extractor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido07.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17388\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido07\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido07.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido07.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido07-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al tener el volante quitado tendremos una imagen como esta:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido08.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17389\" alt=\"bultaco_encendido08\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido08.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"301\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido08.jpg 450w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/bultaco_encendido08-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, aflojamos los tres tornillos que sujetan el plato de las bobinas (en la foto solo sale uno) y desplazamos el plato hacia un lado u otro seg\u00fan si queremos adelantar o atrasar el encendido. Al tenerlo desplazado, apretamos un poco los tres tornillos, colocamos el volante en su sitio y sin poner la tuerca central, volvemos a comprobar el avance con el comprobador y el micrometro.<br \/>\nSi est\u00e1 bien, se aprietan todos los tornillos y se vuelve a montar todo a la inversa, si no, se vuelven a seguir los pasos anteriores hasta tenerlo clavado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por Cataixo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El encendido que vamos a poner a punto es el de una Bultaco Lobito.
