{"id":19371,"date":"2013-07-05T09:05:32","date_gmt":"2013-07-05T09:05:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/lamaneta.com\/news\/?p=19371"},"modified":"2013-07-05T16:11:16","modified_gmt":"2013-07-05T16:11:16","slug":"soldadura-con-soplete-de-oxigeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/soldadura-con-soplete-de-oxigeno\/","title":{"rendered":"Soldadura con soplete de oxigeno."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Por Jorge Galan.<\/p>\n<p><big style=\"color: #660000;\"><big style=\"font-style: italic;\">Para la soldadura con botella de oxigeno b\u00e1sicamente procederemos de la misma manera que con el soplete mono botella, solo que con el soplete mono botella, solo que ahora tendremos un mayor poder de calentamiento con lo cual tenemos que extremar las precaciones a la hora de dirigir la llama a<br \/>\nel metal, pues con este soplete podemos agujerear f\u00e1cilmente planchas de espesor peque\u00f1o como un guardabarros y el esta\u00f1eo se producir\u00e1 con mayor rapidez, empecemos por saber exactamente en que consiste este tipo de soldador, se trata de un compuesto de gas similar o igual al butano que no puede mezclarse en un mismo recipiente con el oxigeno con lo cual tendremos dos dep\u00f3sitos uno de gas y otro de oxigeno con dos mangueras independientes que llegaran hasta la boca del soplete, en el mango encontraremos dos llaves de paso de gas, siendo habitual que la del gas sea roja y la del oxigeno azul (no siempre es asi) este tipo de soplete se entiende asi por que al aportaci\u00f3n de oxigeno a el gas produce una llama de gran poder calor\u00edfico pudiendo alcanzar mas 3000\u00ba en la punta y un poder de esta\u00f1eo pon encima de los 1000\u00ba para esta explicaci\u00f3n usamos un soplete que se puede adquirir en cualquier ferreter\u00eda o centro comercial sin necesidad de permisos o licencias.<br \/>\n<\/big><big style=\"font-style: italic;\"><small><br \/>\n<\/small><\/big><\/big><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/oxisoplete1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19372\" alt=\"oxisoplete1\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/oxisoplete1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/oxisoplete1.jpg 400w, https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/oxisoplete1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><big style=\"color: #660000; font-style: italic;\"><big>Ajustaremos la llama para que nazca de la<br \/>\npunta del soplete evitando que exista un espacio<br \/>\nde separaci\u00f3n entre la llama y la boquilla.<\/big><span style=\"font-weight: bold;
