Este proceso se aplica tambi\u00e9n en los c\u00e1rteres del motor. Reparaci\u00f3n de todos los golpes, abolladuras y rasgu\u00f1os que pueda tener, aplicaci\u00f3n de imprimaci\u00f3n epoxi, pintado del alojamiento del motor y bajos de la moto con pintura anti gravilla y finalmente el pintado de todas las piezas, chasis, llantas, barra de la direcci\u00f3n, cubos de freno, etc&#8230; Evidentemente el cliente elije el color, tanto del chasis como del tapizado del sill\u00edn. Se substituyen todas las gomas, gu\u00edas del suelo, alfombrilla central, cables, fundas, instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y todas las piezas que puedan estar rotas o en mal estado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/foto003.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"foto003\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/foto003-600x450.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Esta moto en concreto, pertenec\u00eda a una chica que la estren\u00f3 a sus 16 a\u00f1os y que durante m\u00e1s de 20 la tuvo parada en un garaje, sin moverla hasta que decidi\u00f3 que quer\u00eda volver a recordar las sensaciones de cuando la estren\u00f3. Me encontr\u00e9 con varias zonas podridas debido al \u00f3xido, teni\u00e9ndose que recortar las partes en mal estado, substituirlas con plancha nueva y soldarlas.<br \/>\nA nivel de motor, se substituyeron todos los retenes y cojinetes. La cruceta del cambio de marchas ten\u00eda totalmente redondeadas las patas que encajan con los pi\u00f1ones y por este motivo se escapaban las marchas. Tambi\u00e9n lim\u00e9 las marcas que dejan los discos en la campana del embrague. Con esta operaci\u00f3n es mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil encontrar el punto muerto cuando la moto est\u00e1 parada. Cambi\u00e9 las juntas, discos y muelle de embrague, etc.\u2026En esta moto tambi\u00e9n me encontr\u00e9 con el problema de que el cig\u00fce\u00f1al hab\u00eda sido \u201ctocado\u201d para avanzar la admisi\u00f3n, pero el problema que esto genera es que es casi imposible que aguante el ralent\u00ed. \u00bf\u00bfSoluci\u00f3n?? : una tobera de admisi\u00f3n Polini con l\u00e1minas y se pueden contar los pistonazos uno a uno. La moto qued\u00f3 completamente lista para poder pasar la ITV sin ning\u00fan problema. El tiempo estimado para realizar esta restauraci\u00f3n fue de unas 5 semanas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/foto004.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"foto004\" src=\"https:\/\/lamaneta.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/foto004-600x450.png\" width=\"600\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Os puedo asegurar que cuando entregu\u00e9 la moto a su propietaria, \u00a1se le saltaron las l\u00e1grimas de la emoci\u00f3n!
